So I am officially 26 years old now!! I celebrated my birthday... 4 times LOL because I have so many different groups of friends. I'll have to write my birthday post another time because it's quite extensive. But here are some OOTD pictures in the mean time. 

I'm wearing this outfit right now. I'm supposed to go to the states to go grocery shopping with my boy-friend (I put a "-" inbetween because I refuse to call him my "boyfriend" until he officially asks me out) but he is ONE HOUR LATE!! So frustrating because I could have done errands. PS: I can't stand how I still look like a 17 year old when I just turned 26 lol.

Finally got my nails done because I'm not working right now! 

Bought this skirt from H&M for only $20 CAD. 

But I might return it because I'm supposed to be "saving money" lol

I went to get my drivers license renewed the other day. I didn't realize we couldn't wear hats so they wouldn't let me take my picture (I refused to take my hat off because I had messy hair and no makeup). So I ended up leaving and coming back after I  made myself look pretty LOL. I stopped by Sephora after I left the first time because I was so angry and I picked up so stuff. 

Stila liquid eyeliner - THE BEST EVER!! Totally worth the money

Ole Henriksen kit - I ran out of face cream so I thought I would grab a new brand at Sephora. I didn't end up buying any and went for a face oil instead. SOOO MUCH BETTER! It's not oily at all (I have combination skin) and it makes my skin feel sooooooo healthy and youthful. I read the reviews about this brand Ole Henriksen and it got nothing but 5 stars from customers. I highly recommend trying it out. This kit was on sale for $44 CAD and it includes face wipes, face wash, face oil and serum. You will look/feel awesome. 

Someone asked if I could post pictures of my room/dresser a long time ago but I never got around to doing it. Partly because it has taken me over 2 years to finish my room since moving to my new house... I'm so slow/lazy! I always seem to end up using my money to buy clothes instead of finishing my room up. This is what it looks like so far. I still need to buy a Venetian mirror for above my dresser and I want to buy more bowls for my rings and bracelets. I also want to add more pictures somewhere.

Hey everyone! Sorry I haven't posted anything in like two months lol. I started my nursing preceptorship in August and then I guess it made me super drained and lazy! The nursing preceptorship is pretty much the last stretch of the nursing program. You are paired up with someone who is already a registered nurse and you work the same shifts as them at whatever ward they are on. They act like your mentor and help you become independent. Preceptorship can be scary for some nursing students because some of them end up failing because they are either not confident on the floor, they are unable to time manage, or they just end up having a bad relationship with their preceptor.

Lucky for me... both of my preceptors were awesome!! 

And..........

I GRADUATED FROM NURSING SCHOOL LAST FRIDAY! 

WOOHOO!

I just have to write my nursing exam in February in order to be a full on registered nurse. I haven't started studying yet but I'm not worried because I have lots of time :P

Lots has happened during the time where I've ignored my blog so I'll have to summarize everything in point form. I'll try to go in order lol.

1. I'm still single... 

and it's been so much fun!! I was planning to keep my options open and savor the single life but now I've actually fallen for this one boy :D He's not my boyfriend but we both said we would be "exclusive". Breaking up with my ex was one of the smartest things I've done. 

2. However...

this other boy who likes me (let's call him A) took me out to the mall sometime two months ago because he wanted to go shopping at Harry Rosen. He ended up spending $5000 on himself (and I thought I had a shopping problem) but he also bought me a pair of flats because he broke one of my watches another time before. I chose Salvatore Ferragamo ones from Holt Renfrew.

These were $350 ish Canadian at Holt Renfrew but online it says they are only $250? What a ripoff!

3. I've been buying a lot of clothes from Zara lately.

Isn't this shirt so hot? I can't wear a bra with it so I put sticky tape on my boobs lol.

I ended up buyin the leggings in the picture too. I got them in an xs because they had no smalls left. Now I wish I waited for a small because I feel like they are too short on me (I'm 5'7)

Bought this sweater but in light grey. It's mohair so I find it itchy and uncomfortable at times to wear. But whatever... looking good doesn't always mean you are comfortable! I purchased this one online and they only offered it in a size medium.

Bought these camo pants in size 4 but had to exchange them because they were huge!! I always think I am bigger than I actually am lol. I exchanged the pants for a size 2 and they fit a lot better. They have a bit of stretch to them which is nice. Not comfortable wearing them though. 

4. It was my niece's 3rd birthday in November. She's such a spoiled little princess!

4. I guess that leads me to my next point... I was sick for SOOO LONG during the past 2 months! 

First my throat really hurt, then it became itchy, then my nose became runny and I couldn't stop coughing. I went to the doctor and she told me that I had pneumonia in my right lung so I was given antibiotics. Even after I finished those I was STILL sick so I went back to the doctor after a week or two and was given a puffer. They sent me to get a chest x-ray done which came back clear. So back to the doctor I went and it turns out... that I have allergies! Jesus Christ :( I still need to get an allergy test done...

I also bought new Burberry eyeglasses the same day (YIKES). I was honestly just walking around the mall not planning on buying anything when I decided to just "browse" through one of the eyeglass stores. BAD IDEA!! I left that store $800 broker!

6. I went out one night to party with some girlfriends. 

We were celebrating one of my best friend's 10 years of being single LOL. It was also the guy who I'm dating's birthday and we ran into him at this venue downtown. Morgan Page was playing (one of my fave djs!)
