I've been shopping like a madwoman because things between me and my ex are still really bad.

I actually just bought these sandals while I was on the phone with him because it was a very bad conversation

I think the beige matches my Alexander Wang Rocco

I would wear these with this one piece jumpsuit I bought from Aritzia

I was feeling depressed one day and so I decided to go to the mall for some more retail therapy. I wasn't planning on buying much... initially.

First I went to Zara and bought some jeans. I tried on a bunch of jeans that I bought last summer and none of them fit me anymore because they're too big. I still haven't been eating much lately so I lost a shit load of weight and now none of my stupid bottoms fit! Piss me off

Bought these army green cargo pants. They're very stretchy and comfortable.

But I ended up returning them because I have so many grey pairs of jeans at home

Then I decided to stop by Aritzia to do more retail therapy

Marc Jacobs genius gel foundation

I told the girl that I wanted foundation that wasn't too heavy because I hate the feeling of foundation on my face. This Marc Jacobs one is more like of a gel and it has awesome coverage. Feels super light. I had to go back and exchange this though because the girl at Sephora chose the wrong shade for my face. Made me look retarded.

My gf told me to buy this concealer and it's the best one I've used so far. Very good coverage. Just dab a little on and then use the Sephora brand concealer airbrush (pictured to the right of it) to gently blend it and you will look flawless. I had to exchange the shade of this too.

When I went back the second day to exchange my foundation and concealer shade, I ended up buying Anastasia eyebrow promade. It's a gel brow filler.

Very true. I have major issues. Shopping ones. 

I have also finally bought myself an e-reader! So excited to get this in the mail because I love reading. I couldn't decided between a Kobo reader (from Chapters) or a Kindle (from Amazon). I spent a lot of time reading reviews for both and I ended up deciding on the new Kindle Paperwhite reader. It just seemed like the Kobo froze a lot when flipping pages, and Chapters/Indigo gave very poor costumer service. I read a lot of stories of them accusing costumers of dropping their e-books which meant it was not longer covered in the warranty. Plus, Amazon offers a wider selection of e-books.

OMG... last week was a crazy week for me!! I had a final on Tuesday which I was freaking out about. I studied 3 days in a row for it, which was worth it because I think I did really well *fingers crossed*. I had another final and project due on Friday BUT... I went to the Jay Z/JT concert on Wednesday. I wasn't planning to drink but I ended up drinking and staying out till 4am. I woke up the next day feeling dead lol. My project was pretty much a nursing research paper which I despise. I'm just so glad my summer school semester is over. Now I have 2 weeks to study and review my nursing skills before I begin working at the hospital for my practicum. I got placed on the Oncology unit = I'm super excited!!

 I couldn't decide on what to wear to the Jay Z/JT concert. I've never been to a rap/hiphop concert before so I wasn't sure if I was supposed to go dressy, super casual, or both. I ended up wearing the denim shorts outfit which worked out fine because it got really hot!

The concert was amazing!!!! Me and my girlfriend were actually supposed to sit in the bleachers somewhere but we ran into my boyfriend's friends. They were sitting on the floor in front of the stage and had 2 extra tickets. So they gave it to us! Upgrade of a lifetime lol.

IT'S THAT TIME OF THE YEAR AGAIN! <3 Every year, Aritzia has a private sale event for their valued costumers (aka those who shop like crazy at their store) which is invite only. With your first purchase you also receive a free gift which is different each year. If you aren't sent an invite, then don't worry because the sale will be made available to the public at a later date. But by then, there may not be enough sizes (buhahaha) =P I was invited again this year and got to shop the whole store for 20-40% off. Let's just say that I did not hold back or check the prices of what I was trying on/buying lol. In the end, I grabbed 3 pairs of jeans, 2 pairs of shorts, 3 tops and a knitted cape. Not bad!

 I have a justified reason for my crazy shopping spree. I've been gaining weight on my rear end because my personal trainer has been making me do a lot of squats (in other words I guess I have an ass now) so now none of my jeans or shorts fit. They are all size 25 and now I'm forced to try to sell ALL of them online. So it's okay that I blew all my money at the sale because I obviouslyyyyyyyyy need bottoms to wear lol. I actually want to go back again and buy some more BUT I'm going to resist.

Sidenote: I can't believe I had to buy these in a size 6!! I used to have a pair of green ones that were a size 4 and even those were big on me. I used to pull them off my ass without having to unbutton them but now these size 6 shorts are so damn fitted! I know that having an ass is a good thing but wearing a size 6 makes me feel so fat lol.
