YSL TEE

I almost bought a YSL t-shirt online today while trying to study for my midterm. These logo shirts are actually REALLY hard to find!! I searched high and low on the internet. It's a bummer because Bluefly.com actually had their shirts go on sale for 50% off. Around $150 CAD. So cheap! There are tons of the logo shirts on Ebay but I don't trust the sellers. It's so easy to make a fake YSL shirt and pretend that it's authentic and rip innocent people off. For instance, earlier today I saw a listing for a women's YSL t-shirt which was obviously fake (the 3 listing pictures weren't even of the same shirt) and it already had 17 bids at $178 CAD!! Madness! If these people were smart they could just go on Ioffer.com and buy the exact same shirt for $19 CAD. 

I did find an authentic YSL shirt here in Vancouver on one of our local buy and sell sites. I emailed the seller (a guy because it's a guy shirt) to ask for the measurements. I wouldn't mind wearing the shirt baggy as long as I don't look like I'm wearing a pillow. I'm 90% sure that the shirt is authentic and the seller seems like a really genuine guy. BUT... I am still trying to "abstain from buying" so I don't think that I"ll end up getting it. We'll see.

    YSL is a gorgeous brand, both makeup and fashion. I'm not sure how I feel about the Tee. I guess the logo does look quite chic (:

      I agree! I have grown to love YSL... the cabas chic tote is one of the bags on my "bucket list" that I want to buy by the end of the year! Their chunky necklaces are also really nice (but also really expensive :S). Since I'm in school, I've been wearing a lot of converse snearkers with t-shirts. Anything that is comfy. That's why I loveeeeee this YSL shirt lol. I can be comfy PLUS be decked out in something designer at the same time!

    Hi! I came across your blog when I was googling where I could find the YSL tshirt in Vancouver. Did you end up buying the tshirt? I'm also looking for the Celine tshirt.. but not sure where I can find it in Van either. If you happen to know, please please let me know!! ><

      Hi! Thank you and sorry for the late reply :P I ended up buying the YSL shirt online. There was a sale on FarFetch.com (I think it was this website) but it was for a different style YSL shirt. It has this snake looking thing wrapped around YSL letters. I read that the shirts fit small so I grabbed a size large (I like my shirts loose). It worked out in the end because it fit me well! It came to around $200-300 Canadian?

      I haven't been able to find an authentic plain lettered YSL shirt though :( Still looking for one! I think your best bet would be to buy online from a reputable seller. There are so many fakes on Ebay so beware! xoxo
